Taiwan Semiconductor to invest USD 531 million to acquire Innolux's plant and related facilities

According to the exchange documents, Taiwan Semiconductor signed a contract with Innolux on Thursday to purchase its factory and related facilities for an estimated amount of NTD 17.77 billion. The asset is located in Tainan City, with an area of 317,444 square meters, and will be used for the operation and production of Taiwan Semiconductor
