PDD establishes 2 new information technology companies

Tianyancha App shows that recently, Shanghai Xunhui Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xunhe Information Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with Zhao Jiazhen and Liu Zhigang as the legal representatives respectively. Both companies have a registered capital of 10 million RMB, and their business scopes include data processing services, enterprise management consulting, retail of computer hardware and software and auxiliary equipment, retail of clothing and accessories, toy sales, home goods sales, etc. Shareholder information indicates that the above two companies are wholly owned by Hangzhou Weimi Network Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of PDD
