The first layer is a specialized knowledge base, based on Ping An Health's five major medical databases covering 37,000 diseases, 420,000 disease terms, and other dimensions (standard disease database, prescription treatment database, medical product database, medical resource database, personal health database), including a large amount of literature, clinical guidelines, and professional knowledge accumulation; the second layer is the doctor's personal knowledge base, sourced from the doctor (Dr. Wang Ling) himself, including his social media, filming materials, and published literature; the third layer is the doctor's personalized tuning, which involves the doctor (Dr. Wang Ling) manually annotating and reviewing online responses, as well as training with video materials of the doctor.
