全国人大常委会预算工作委员会主任、全国人大财政经济委员会副主任委员史耀斌在 “全球财富管理论坛 2023 年会” 上谈及统筹国内国际两个大局，推动高质量发展时提到，要强动力，推进重点领域对外开放。其中，坚决遏制金融服务业等领域垄断格局，推进相关行业向社会资本开放，营造与高水平开放相适应的行业制度体系环境，深化产业供给侧的结构性改革，持续提升产业和市场机构的国际竞争力，打造对外开放的新格局，并且主动融入全球科技和创新网络，深化国际交流合作。
