Me: On one hand, they outsource production to TSMC; on the other hand, they insist on expanding their own manufacturing business to increase revenue. This is just too hard to understand. I still think Intel is somewhat like Boeing (though not as bad as Boeing, of course). In the future, it will become 'too big to fail,' but its market competitiveness will further decline, relying more on federal projects and government subsidies.
