松果财经讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，漳州市润开新能源有限公司成立，法定代表人为范一贞，注册资本 590 万人民币，经营范围含工程和技术研究和试验发展，新兴能源技术研发，新能源汽车换电设施销售，在线能源计量技术研发，合同能源管理，电池销售等。
股权全景穿透图显示，该公司由时代绿色能源有限公司全资持股，后者为宁德时代（300750）全资子公司。
