港股研究社讯，据媒体报道，9 月 18 日，民间打拐志愿者上官正义举报四川眉山蕴缨妇产医院勾结代孕机构安排代孕持她人身份生产骗取出生证明。
天眼查 App 显示，眉山蕴缨妇产医院有限公司成立于 2017 年 9 月，法定代表人为刘军，注册资本约 1185 万人民币，经营范围包括产科专业、妇科专业、计划生育专业、生殖健康与不孕不育专业、孕产康复、月子服务等，由眉山蕴缨妇产医院（有限合伙）、眉山欣笙尔妇产医院（有限合伙）等共同持股。风险信息显示，9 月 7 日，该公司因未按照规定识别产妇身份，导致两名代孕产妇使用虚假姓名住院分娩，被眉山市东坡区卫生健康局罚款 3.8 万元。此前，该公司曾多次因违法发布广告被处罚。
