港股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，上汽通用汽车销售有限公司发生工商变更，陈虹卸任法定代表人、董事长，由王晓秋接任，陆一卸任总经理职务，同时多位主要人员也发生变更。
上汽通用汽车销售有限公司成立于 2011 年 11 月，注册资本 4900 万美元，经营范围包括从事汽车整车出口、从事境内二手车经销业务等，由上汽集团（600104）、通用汽车中国有限责任公司共同持股。据报道，今年 7 月，上汽集团发布公告称，上汽集团董事长陈虹到龄退休，辞去董事长及其他职务，董事会会议选举公司董事王晓秋为公司第八届董事会董事长。
