美国电动车企业 Lucid Group 近日宣布完成 262,446,931 股普通股公开发行，美国银行证券为唯一承销商。Lucid 与其大股东沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金附属公司 Ayar Third Investment Company 达成协议，Ayar 同意以私募方式购买 374,717,927 股普通股，价格与公开发行一致。此次融资预计总收益约为 16.7 亿美元，将用于一般公司用途，如资本支出和营运资本等。Lucid 在 2024 年上半年营收为 3.73 亿美元，同比增长 24%。其中，来自中东的收入增长显著，达 9523 万美元，上年同期仅为 675 万美元。2024 年上半年仍处于亏损状态，净亏 13.24 亿美元，但预计第三季度运营亏损低于分析师预期中东资本的再度加持，为 Lucid 的发展注入了强大动力
