宝马因冷却液泵缺陷在中国召回近 70 万辆汽车，这给本就因其他车辆故障而陷入困境的宝马带来新的挫折。中国国家市场监督管理总局表示，自 2025 年 3 月 1 日起，宝马将召回国产汽车 499539 辆和进口汽车 188371 辆。原因是某些型号上安装的冷却液泵插头出现故障，可能导致腐蚀或生锈进而短路，极端情况下甚至引发火灾。受影响车型包括国产 3 系和 5 系汽车以及一些进口 X 系列跨界车。此次召回是在宝马在中国交付量急剧下降之后进行的。第三季度，宝马和 Mini 品牌汽车在中国的出货量下降了 30%，为 4 年多来最大降幅。此前 9 月，宝马因大陆集团供应的制动系统缺陷，在全球范围内召回 150 万辆汽车并发布盈利预警，修复这些故障预计花费近 10 亿欧元。宝马发言人称故障于 8 月被发现并向中国当局发出警报，但未能立即解释为何要到明年 3 月份才开始召回
