$港燈-SS.HK宣布，尹志田將退任董事局執行董事，及行政總裁，並將同時退任可持續發展委員會主席。而董事局執行董事鄭祖瀛，將獲委任為行政總裁及可持續發展委員會主席。
另外，關應良將獲委任為董事局執行董事及可持續發展委員會成員；周胡慕芳將退任董事局主席霍建寧之替任董事。
上述人事變動均於 2023 年 7 月 1 日起生效。
