$中糧包裝.HK公布，公司的一名主要股東中糧集團有限公司已通知公司，其現正就可能出售部份或全部其實益擁有的公司已發行的股份與一名潛在的獨立於公司的第三方買家進行初步洽談，並且為此於今日簽訂無法定約束力的諒解備忘錄。據公司所知，該諒解備忘錄主要目的是為該潛在買家進行盡職調查的基礎並且建立保密義務，除此以外，該諒解備忘錄並沒有其他實質性的主要條款。於本公告之日，中糧集團有限公司實益擁有公司 29.70% 的已發行股權。
