On Thursday, Musk stated in a recent interview that if everything goes smoothly, our humanoid robot production will increase tenfold by 2026, so our goal is to produce 50,000 to 100,000 humanoid robots next year, and then increase that by another tenfold in the following year.
Recently, Musk mentioned during a gaming livestream that there may be an update to Optimus in the coming weeks, with progress going well and the team performing excellently. Additionally, Musk stated that by around the second quarter of 2025, FSD will be safer than human drivers.
