Dark Market | Jay Chou concept stock "Superstar Legend" soars 30%!

Superstar Legend will officially debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange tomorrow (July 13th).

The stock rose nearly 33% in the dark market at one point, and is now up 30% at HKD 5.5.

Based on a calculation of 500 shares per lot, the book profit for one lot is approximately HKD 625.

The company plans to issue 126.64 million shares, priced at HKD 4.25 per share, with a subscription rate of 30.02% for one lot. Subscribing for 7 lots, or 3,500 shares, guarantees one lot.

Among them, approximately 12.66 million new shares will be offered in Hong Kong, with a subscription multiple of 13 times. Before exercising the over-allotment option, the company expects to raise a net capital of HKD 245.2 million.

Superstar Legend is deeply tied to Jay Chou, with Jay Chou's mother, Ye Huimei, as the company's controlling shareholder and founder, and Vincent Fang as the company's Chief Cultural Officer.
