今天财报后京东的大涨完全归功于未来 36 个月的 30 亿美元回购，要知道美股市值也才 390 亿美元（大涨 15% 之后。。）。本身业务没啥可说的，牺牲利润打低价的前提下能保住有增长，也说明电商平台真的不是一门好生意了，迫于上市公司受公开监督的压力，眼前利益也得保一保，但其实国内电商格局已稳定，用户也稳定，京东等成熟电商平台已然变成一只价值股，不分红不回购就不会有上涨的理由。$JD.com.US
