路透的报道：
- 一位知情人士称，特斯拉 CEO Elon Musk 寻求在北京会见中国高级官员，讨论在中国推出 FSD 软件，并获准将在中国采集到数据传输至海外，以训练 FSD 算法。
- 自 2021 年以来，特斯拉已经按照中国监管机构的要求将其中国车队采集到所有数据存储在上海，没有任何数据传输至美国。
- Elon Musk 此次中国行未被公开，特斯拉也未予置评。
