1.马斯卡此次来华没参加热火的北京车展，而是受到高规格接见，FSD 在监管端被原则性通过应该是大概率事件，对吸引外资有风向标的作用；
2.有关部门在回应此话题时 “也希望外资企业遵守中国的法律法规，履行安全承诺”，显然特斯拉要再进行一系列调整，与百度合作应该也是出于此目的，涉及数据安全；
3.对于最近特斯拉，销量增速放缓之后需要找到新的故事和赢利点，FSD 对未来市场估值非常重要，64000 的使用费就看转换率了。
