港股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，北京新东方沃行天下国际旅行有限公司成立，注册资本 500 万人民币，法定代表人、董事长为俞敏洪，经营范围含旅游业务、会议及展览服务、露营地服务、组织体育表演活动、体育竞赛组织、组织文化艺术交流活动、票务代理服务等。股权全景穿透图显示，该公司由北京新东方沃凯德国际教育旅行有限公司全资持股，后者为北京新东方文旅有限公司全资子公司。
值得一提的是，由北京新东方沃凯德国际教育旅行有限公司全资持股的另一家北京新东方沃游天下国际旅行有限公司也已于同日成立，法定代表人、董事长也为俞敏洪。
