港股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，上汽集团（600104）发生工商变更，陈虹卸任法定代表人、董事长，由王晓秋接任。上市公告信息显示，上汽集团近日已发布公告称，陈虹由于到龄退休，申请辞去董事长、董事等职务，董事会选举王晓秋为公司董事长。
上海汽车集团股份有限公司成立于 1984 年 4 月，注册资本约 115.75 亿人民币，由上海汽车工业（集团）有限公司、中国远洋海运集团有限公司、跃进汽车集团有限公司、上海国际集团有限公司等共同持股。
