港股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，江苏汇智高端工程机械创新中心有限公司发生工商变更，新增宝钢股份（600019）、弗迪电池有限公司、恒立液压（601100）、艾迪精密（603638）等为股东，公司注册资本由 1 亿人民币增至约 1.38 亿人民币。
江苏汇智高端工程机械创新中心有限公司成立于 2018 年 1 月，法定代表人为单增海，经营范围含工程机械、农业机械、通用基础零部件领域的技术研发、技术转让、技术服务、技术咨询，液压件、液压系统及其成套设备、传动件、传动系统及其成套设备、工业自动控制电子设备研发、生产、销售、服务等，第一大股东为徐工机械（000425）旗下江苏徐工工程机械研究院有限公司。
