五芳斋增资至 1.98 亿
美股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，五芳斋（603237）发生工商变更，注册资本由约 1.43 亿人民币增至约 1.98 亿人民币，同时，经营范围新增组织文化艺术交流活动、体验式拓展活动及策划、数字文化创意内容应用服务、非物质文化遗产保护等。
浙江五芳斋实业股份有限公司成立于 1998 年 4 月，法定代表人为厉建平，由五芳斋集团股份有限公司、上海星河数码投资有限公司、浙江远洋建筑装饰有限公司等共同持股。
