美股研究社讯，天眼查经营风险信息显示，近日，浙江东阳尚晖影视文化传媒有限公司新增 2 条股权冻结信息，股权被执行的企业分别为尚晖文化娱乐（北京）有限公司、北京亚和文化传播有限公司，冻结股权数额分别为 500 万人民币、25 万人民币，执行法院均为吉林省长春市中级人民法院。
浙江东阳尚晖影视文化传媒有限公司成立于 2016 年 5 月，法定代表人为张效军，注册资本 500 万人民币，由上海菲比文寒企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）、新余市鹏汇振元投资中心（有限合伙）等共同持股。公开资料显示，该公司为郑爽主演的《绝密者》出品方霍尔果斯尚晖影视文化传媒有限公司母公司，该剧并未播出。此前，霍尔果斯尚晖影视文化传媒有限公司因未返还该剧投资方投资款及收益被判赔千万。
