美股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，四川小点新能源汽车科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为马剑锋，注册资本 17 亿人民币，经营范围含新能源汽车整车销售、汽车零部件及配件制造、汽车零配件零售、汽车零配件批发、电池制造、电池销售等。股东信息显示，该公司由湖南智点智能新能源汽车有限公司及旗下上海小点汽车科技有限公司、乐山国有资产投资运营（集团）有限公司和乐山兴嘉投资发展（集团）有限公司共同持股。
据媒体报道，今年 6 月，智点汽车第二生产基地和集团总部项目落户四川乐山市，项目总投资约 36 亿元。
