Venture Global announced the completion of $1,500,000,000 in senior secured notes.

Venture Global LNG, Inc. ("Venture Global") announced today that it has completed the issuance of $1.5 billion 7.00% senior secured notes due 2030 ("Notes").

The Notes will mature on January 15, 2030 and were issued at par. The Notes are secured on a senior basis by first-priority security interests in substantially all existing and future assets of Venture Global and future guarantors (if any), subject to customary exclusions.

The Notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), or the securities laws of any state or other jurisdiction, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
