港股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，横琴人寿保险有限公司发生工商变更，兰亚东卸任法定代表人、董事长，由钱仲华接任。
该公司成立于 2016 年 12 月，注册资本约 31.4 亿人民币，由亨通集团有限公司、中植企业集团有限公司、珠海铧创投资管理有限公司、苏州环亚实业有限公司和深圳市珍珠红商贸有限公司共同持股。据媒体报道，今年 4 月，横琴人寿发布公告称，兰亚东因个人原因申请辞去公司董事长、执行董事及在公司兼任的所有职务，同时选举钱仲华为执行董事及董事长。近日，国家金融监督管理总局广东监管局已核准钱仲华担任横琴人寿董事长的任职资格。
