MiniMax Group Inc. ("MiniMax" or the "Company"; HKEX stock code: 00100), a global leading general artificial intelligence technology company, today announced that it will announce its full-year 2025 results for the period ended December 31, 2025, after the close of trading on the Hong Kong market on Monday, March 2, 2026.

The Company's management will hold a conference call at 8:00 p.m. Beijing Time (7:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time) on Monday, March 2, 2026, to discuss the results.
