Steady Voyager芯片大戰再次展開，彭博引述知情人士透露，美國昨晚於華盛頓結束的談判中與荷蘭及日本達成協議，三國均同意限制對中國出口部分先進的芯片製造機械，或影響中國芯片製造商未來發展。
歐洲最大半導體生產設備商 ASML 為荷蘭公司，日本亦有 Nikon 及 Tokyo Electron 等相關半導體龍頭企業，當中 ASML 生產的光刻機為生產先進芯片所需的核心裝置，故今次協議有助荷蘭擴大對 ASML 的出口限制，令中國無法建立高端晶片生產線。
荷蘭首相呂特（Mark Rutte）周五指討論已經進行很長時間，但不會對相關協議詳細公布，因為當中涉及非常敏感的話題。
目前尚無公開宣布限制措施的計畫，且等兩國敲定最終法律安排，實際實施可能需要數個月時間。
