第三层 利好，因为为了注册制能发出去，必须把现在的估值搞上去
第四层 利空，北向已经知道第三层逻辑，所以一直疯狂买入，等着这个时候变现跑路
第五层 利好，内资识破了北向的第四层，所以一直在降低仓位，等北向砸出来抄底
