電池產業上游公司$贛鋒鋰業.HK 更換總裁、副總裁和財務總監。贛鋒鋰業宣布，現任總裁李良彬將退任總裁，但繼續擔任執行董事、董事會主席，而執行董事王曉申獲新委任爲總裁。贛鋒鋰業稱，更換總裁將有助區分董事會主席與總裁的職務，加強公司企業管治、管理架構及提升 ESG 表現。
李良彬為公司主要股東，持股約 18.77%。
另外，贛鋒鋰業宣布，羅光華獲委任爲副總裁，接替因達到法定退休年齡而辭任副總裁的鄧招男。鄧招男在辭職後繼續擔任公司執行董事及顧問。
黃婷獲委任副總裁兼財務總監，接任也因年齡原因辭任的楊滿英。楊滿英其後繼續擔任公司顧問，即日生效。
公司續指，羅光華和黃婷將協助總裁進行各項工作，受總裁領導及向其負責。
