New Energy Vehicle Delivery Ranking in October: NIO surpasses 40,000 units, Li Auto sees fifth consecutive month of negative YoY growth.

On November 1st, domestic new energy vehicle companies successively released their delivery data for October.

After the National Day holiday, the performance of the automobile companies' data in October remained impressive. Among the companies that have released their data, some have set new records for monthly deliveries, while others have experienced consecutive declines in delivery volume.

TOP 1: NIO: Monthly deliveries exceed 40,000 for the first time

NIO announced that in October this year, it delivered a total of 40,422 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 302.1%. This is the first time that NIO's monthly deliveries have exceeded 40,000.

As of October 31, 2023, NIO has delivered a total of 284,647 vehicles this year.

TOP 2: XPeng: Monthly sales exceed 20,000, setting a new record

On November 1st, XPeng announced that it delivered a total of 20,002 new vehicles in October 2023, a month-on-month increase of 31% and a year-on-year increase of 292%. This milestone of exceeding 20,000 monthly deliveries has set a new record for XPeng.

Among them, the XPeng G6 delivered 8,741 vehicles in October, with monthly deliveries continuing to rise, firmly securing the top spot in the monthly sales ranking of pure electric SUVs priced between 200,000 and 250,000 RMB.

TOP 3: Leapmotor: Year-on-year growth of nearly 160%

Leapmotor delivered a total of 18,202 new vehicles in October, setting a new historical high for consecutive months, with a year-on-year growth of 159%.

Leapmotor announced that it achieved positive gross profit in the third quarter, established a global strategic partnership with Stellantis Group, and its first global model, the C10, is about to make its domestic debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show.

TOP 4: Li Auto: Deliveries of 16,000 vehicles, year-on-year growth of nearly 60%

Li Auto announced on November 1st that it delivered a total of 16,074 vehicles in October, a year-on-year increase of 59.8%. From January to October 2023, Li Auto has delivered a total of 126,067 new vehicles. The cumulative deliveries of Li Auto's new vehicles have reached 415,623.

TOP 5: Monthly Deliveries and Record Highs in Pre-orders for GigaKrill

According to Wall Street News, in October, GigaKrill delivered 13,077 units, a YoY increase of 29.2% and a MoM increase of 8.5%. From January to October, GigaKrill delivered a total of 92,000 units, achieving a historical high in monthly deliveries and pre-orders.

Under the target of delivering 140,000 units this year, Lin Jinwen, Vice President of GigaKrill Intelligent Technology, stated that GigaKrill's domestic sales will continue to reach new highs in the fourth quarter, and the overseas market will also gain momentum starting from November.

In terms of distribution channels, Lin Jinwen revealed that as of the end of September, GigaKrill had 319 service networks nationwide, and this number is expected to increase to 572 by the end of next year. More than 70% of the newly added networks are in second- and third-tier cities.

Regarding products, Lin Jinwen mentioned that a total of three models will be launched from the end of this year to next year, with a price range of 200,000 to 300,000 yuan, which is a segment with high demand in the lower-tier market.

As for international expansion, GigaKrill CEO An Conghui stated that GigaKrill is expected to start sales in mid-to-late November at flagship stores in Stockholm, Sweden, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Sales in major developed countries in Western Europe will begin next year. By January next year at the latest, GigaKrill will gradually start sales in Central Asia, the Middle East, South America, Hong Kong, Macau, and other countries and regions.

TOP 6: Wanjie: Monthly Deliveries Exceed 10,000 Units

AITO Wanjie delivered a total of 12,700 new vehicles in October, with the Wanjie New M7 accounting for 10,547 units, achieving a monthly delivery of over 10,000 units, a historical high.

Wanjie stated that the New M7 has accumulated over 80,000 pre-orders in the 50 days since its launch, and the total pre-orders for Wanjie in October reached 57,829 units.

TOP 7: Nezha: Fifth Consecutive Month of YoY Decline in Deliveries

According to data released by Nezha Motors, the company delivered a total of 12,085 units in October, a MoM decrease of 8.52% and a YoY decline of 32.92%. As of the end of October this year, Nezha Motors has delivered a total of 357,900 vehicles.

Nezha Motors announced that the Nezha X was launched on October 18, and orders have exceeded 10,000 units.

From June to September this year, Nezha Motors has experienced consecutive YoY declines in deliveries. In July, Nezha Motors dropped to the 10,000-unit warning line, with a total delivery of 10,039 units, a YoY decline of 28.4% and a MoM decline of 17%, marking the lowest sales performance since February this year.

TOP 8: Lantu: Monthly deliveries exceed 6,000 units for the first time

In October of this year, Lantu Motors delivered 6,067 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 138% and a month-on-month increase of 21%. From January to October 2023, Lantu Motors' delivery volume increased by 107% compared to the same period last year.

Lantu Motors stated that since June, the delivery volume has achieved six consecutive increases, and since August, the monthly increase has been maintained at over 1,000 units.

TOP 9: Avita: Cumulative deliveries of 18,600 units in the first ten months

According to Wall Street News, Avita delivered 3,888 units in October, a month-on-month increase of 26.11%, with a cumulative delivery of 18,600 units in the first ten months.

It is reported that Avita will be globally launched on November 12.
