On January 11th, Anhui Energy Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wanneng Group"), Anhui Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anhui Jiaokong Group"), and NIO-SW Holdings Limited (referred to as "NIO-SW", 09866) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hefei to jointly promote the construction of an open and shared energy storage and charging system. At the event, Zhongan Energy (Anhui) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongan Energy") was officially established. Wanneng Group, Anhui Jiaokong Group, and NIO-SW have reached a cooperation agreement to support Zhongan Energy in orderly promoting the construction of 1,000 integrated energy storage and charging stations, jointly advancing the layout of an open and shared new energy vehicle energy storage and charging network, and further promoting the open interconnection of the battery swapping network. In addition, the three parties will carry out comprehensive and multi-level strategic cooperation in battery standards, charging and swapping technologies, battery asset management and operation, new power system cooperation, and supply chain cooperation related to the production and manufacturing of energy storage and charging equipment.
