Giordano International announced that Tsang On Yiu has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, Lee Chi Hin has been reassigned as an Executive Director, Colin Melville Kennedy CURRIE has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, and Wong Wai Tak has been appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee. Dr. Lau Kwok Kuen has been removed from the position of Director
According to the news from the Wise Finance APP, Giordano International (00709) announced that starting from April 5, 2024:
(a) Non-executive director Tsang On Yip has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee;
(b) Former non-executive director Lee Chi Hin has been reassigned as an executive director, a member of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Management Committee;
(c) Executive director Colin Melville Kennedy CURRIE has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the company and Chairman of the Management Committee; and
(d) Independent non-executive director Wong Wai Tak has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
At the extraordinary general meeting, Dr. Lau Kwok Kuen was removed from the position of director, and the company has terminated the appointment of Dr. Lau as the Chief Executive Officer
