BRONCUS-B appointed Sun Jiaen as the new company secretary, replacing the resigned He Yanqun
According to the news from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, BRONCUS-B (02216) announced that the company has appointed an external corporate service company, Fangyuan Enterprise Service Group (Hong Kong) Limited, to provide company secretarial services support. Fangyuan has nominated its representative, He Yanqun, to serve as the company secretary and the company's agent for Hong Kong legal process documents from August 30, 2022 onwards. This appointment is in accordance with Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance for receiving legal process documents on behalf of the company in Hong Kong and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for receiving legal process documents or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, as the legal process agent, and in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules as the company's authorized representative.
Ms. He has resigned as the company secretary, legal process agent, and authorized representative, effective from June 25, 2024.
