Cainiao and Taobao Hong Kong jointly launch the "3-Day Delivery Zone", promising compensation for late deliveries
On June 27th, Cainiao and Taobao Hong Kong announced that starting from that day, more than 2.6 billion items on Taobao Hong Kong will provide guaranteed "same-day delivery to Hong Kong" service. For Taobao products with the "HK X Day Delivery" label (X day refers to before 24:00 on the same day), users only need to choose the Cainiao "Direct Express" logistics method to receive a guaranteed delivery time. According to data from Taobao Hong Kong, over 60% of the "flagged" products can be directly shipped from mainland China warehouses to Hong Kong within 3 days, without the need for consolidation. Additionally, if the order delivery is not completed within the promised time frame, Cainiao will compensate users with cross-border logistics freight in the form of logistics red packets
According to Zhitong Finance APP, on June 27th, Cainiao and Taobao Hong Kong announced that starting from that day, Taobao Hong Kong will provide a "timely delivery guarantee" for over 2.6 billion items. For Taobao products with the "HK X-day delivery" label (X-day refers to before 24:00 on the same day), users can receive a confirmed timeliness guarantee by choosing the Cainiao "direct express" logistics method. According to data from Taobao Hong Kong, among all "flagged" products, over 60% of the items can be directly shipped from mainland merchants' warehouses to Hong Kong within 3 days, and users no longer need to consolidate shipments.
