When the US CPI inflation data was released at Beijing time, it plunged from the 104.86 level to 104.40 level, and further declined. Before the US stock market opened, it hit a daily low of 104.077 points, approaching the key level of 104 points and the June 7th low of 103.999 points, remaining in a downtrend throughout the day—breaking below the 100-day moving average and the 200-day moving average (which were at 104.795 points and 104.449 points respectively).
