On July 26th, according to a report from a food industry insider, two executives from Mondelez were suddenly "taken away" due to "suspected embezzlement." Their "employee IDs were canceled, computers were confiscated, and relevant structures disappeared." That evening, Mondelez China held an emergency meeting to discuss the matter; during the meeting, employees were specifically instructed to "refrain from discussing" this issue.
The information was confirmed by several sources, including employees and industry insiders from Mondelez China. It was revealed that the two executives involved were named Grace Zhu and Simon, with Grace Zhu's Chinese name being 朱忆菁 and her current position as Vice President of Marketing and Development for Mondelez Group Greater China.

Public records show that in her over 20-year career, 朱忆菁 has held important roles at companies such as Nielsen and PepsiCo. From 2019 to the end of 2021, she served as the Sales Director for Mondelez Greater China.
The other executive "taken away," Simon, holds the position of "E-commerce Director." Information on Mondelez's official website indicates that Simon is likely the current E-commerce Director for Mondelez China, named 修泽荣。
