
Subsidiary of SUPERLAND GROUP plans to lease a property in Hong Kong

SUPERLAND GROUP announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chuangji Engineering Co., Ltd., has signed a lease agreement with Spring Yield Investments Limited to lease a property in Kowloon as an office from September 2, 2024, to August 31, 2029. The newly leased property is located in the center of the commercial district, with a larger floor area than the current office, which will benefit the company's business operations and development
According to the news from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, SUPERLAND GROUP (00368) announced that on September 2, 2024, the lessee, Chuangji Engineering Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), entered into a lease agreement with the lessor, Spring Yield Investments Limited (an independent third party), to lease the property. The fixed term of the lease will be from September 2, 2024, to August 31, 2029 (including the first and last days). The property will be used by the lessee as its business office in Hong Kong.
It is reported that the property is located on the 18th floor of the whole floor of the Sir Commercial Centre at 8 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
The announcement stated that the current lease of the group's office will expire in December 2024. When evaluating the options of renewing the current lease or renting a new office, the directors believe that: the property is located in a well-developed office building in the heart of one of the commercial districts in Kowloon, with better supporting facilities; and the floor area of the property is larger than the current office. Therefore, entering into the lease agreement is beneficial to the group's business operation and development
