XPeng Motors (09868) Chairman He Xiaopeng drove the "P7+" claiming to be the "world's first AI car" at the Alibaba (09988) annual technology summit "Yunqi Conference" held in Hangzhou yesterday. Over the past two years, XPeng Motors and Alibaba Cloud have jointly built an AI computing power scale that has increased by more than 4 times. He Xiaopeng stated that they will continue to cooperate with Alibaba Cloud's AI computing power to accelerate the expansion of end-to-end large models for autonomous driving, improving both the upper and lower limits.
End-to-end is currently the most watched autonomous driving solution in the industry. According to mainland media reports, in May of this year, XPeng was the first in mainland China to achieve mass production of end-to-end autonomous driving on vehicles, quickly implementing it nationwide. The industry believes that the demand for end-to-end intelligent driving computing power will further expand, and an investment of over one billion yuan is just the entry ticket for intelligent driving computing power.
