Guo Ziwei, Chief Manager of CK ASSET's sales department, pointed out that with the interest rate cut effect, both the stock market and property market in Hong Kong are lively. The investment atmosphere is hot, and buyers and investors have increased confidence in entering the market, leading to a rise in transaction volume. It is believed that property prices in Hong Kong have bottomed out, allowing for a 10% increase in the reasonable price of Blue Coast II. The project is expected to be priced in the short term, with the first batch of units from the 5th block to be launched first, scheduled for sale within this month.
Blue Coast II consists of the 3rd and 5th blocks, offering 558 units.
