On November 1st, Jin10 Data reported that Zhang Yijia, the general manager of the esports development center at Tencent Interactive Entertainment's TiMi Studio Group, has recently left Tencent. According to multiple sources, this may be related to a high-pressure incident, with an insider close to Tencent Interactive Entertainment stating, "The internal email notification mentioned supplier corruption." It is understood that in 2016, Tencent Interactive Entertainment's mobile esports division was established, with Zhang Yijia as a key founder, responsible for the layout, production, and operation of Tencent's leading mobile esports events such as the Honor of Kings Professional League (KPL) and the QQ Speed Mobile S League. Additionally, Zhang Yijia graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a degree in computer science in 2006 and joined Tencent as a fresh graduate, having been deeply involved in the internet industry for over a decade.
