Tesla launches Cybertruck leasing service starting at $999 per month
Tesla currently offers customers the option to lease the electric pickup truck Cybertruck, starting at $999 per month. The Tesla website shows that American consumers can lease the all-wheel-drive version of the Cybertruck with a down payment of $7,500 for a three-year term, with the option to pay monthly. Consumers can also choose to lease for two years with no down payment, with a monthly rent of around $1,600. After clearing most of its backlog orders, Tesla launched the Cybertruck leasing service. The company claims that the Cybertruck is its third best-selling model, but did not disclose specific delivery numbers for each quarter. This model was first introduced in 2019 and has been plagued by production delays, but the issues were resolved last year. In October of this year, Tesla recalled the Cybertruck due to a rearview camera issue
