According to the Tianyancha App, recently, China New Airport Commercial Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Ren Kai as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million RMB. The business scope includes management services for commercial complexes, advertising production, and non-residential real estate leasing. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by MEILAN AIRPORT and Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. According to media reports, on October 19th, Haikou Meilan International Airport and Changi Airport International Management Investment Company held a signing ceremony for a non-aeronautical business joint venture contract in Haikou. The two parties will jointly establish a commercial management platform company, which will subsequently operate specific non-aeronautical businesses at Meilan Airport, including taxable and duty-free commerce, dining, leisure, advertising, and guest services, as a franchisee
