Hexagon appoints Norbert Hanke as interim President and CEO

Hexagon AB (OTCPK:HXGBY) and Paolo Guglielmini have mutually agreed that Paolo will step down from his position as Hexagon's President and CEO. The board has appointed Norbert Hanke as interim President and CEO of Hexagon AB, with immediate effect. Norbert commenced his tenure at Hexagon in 2001, and most recently held the position of COO. The company said that the search for the new CEO is underway.
