U.S. stock market opens: The three major U.S. stock indices opened slightly higher, with Fangdd rising about 9%
Tesla rose 2.2% in early trading, while NVIDIA increased by 0.5%. Chinese concept stock Fangduoduo rose 8.7%, and Beike increased by 2.7%. The Chinese concept index rose 0.3%. Spot gold returned to above $2,600, the two-year U.S. Treasury yield fell by about 10 basis points to nearly 4.24%, and the U.S. dollar index briefly fell below 105.8 points. The U.S. October CPI rose 2.6% year-on-year, in line with market expectations, marking a three-month high and ending a "six consecutive declines." After the data release, the probability that the Federal Reserve will maintain the current interest rate unchanged until December is 24.3%, while the probability of a cumulative rate cut of 25 basis points is 75.7% (before the CPI announcement, these were 37.9% and 62.1%, respectively). The Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China announced that the lower limit of the land value-added tax pre-collection rate will be uniformly reduced by 0.5 percentage points across all regions
