The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index "strongly rebounded," currently up 1.3%, but after the U.S. stock market opened, it almost completely retraced its gains. Chinese concept stocks Kingsoft Cloud rose over 30%, Daqo New Energy rose 8.8%, JinkoSolar rose 8.1%, Canadian Solar rose over 5%, Bilibili rose 3.3%, XPeng rose 2.4%, NetEase rose 1.3%, and Nio's decline narrowed to 2.2%. KWEB rose over 1.5%, YINN rose 1.3%, and CQQQ rose 1.2%
