Huawei released its high-end flagship phone Mate 70 RS on the 26th, starting at a price of 11,999 yuan, equipped with dual-frequency dual-diaphragm stereo speakers that provide exceptional sound quality. The phone features a dual-layer OLED display with a peak brightness of 3500 nits, and the back cover is made of ceramic material, inspired by the legendary star diamond. The Mate 70 RS also introduces the red maple lens for the first time, enhancing imaging effects and color accuracy
According to Zhitong Finance APP, on the 26th, Huawei launched the Mate 70 RS Extraordinary Master, which is Huawei's most high-end flagship to date. The 16GB+512GB version is priced at 11,999 yuan, and the 16GB+1TB version is priced at 12,999 yuan, both set to go on sale at 10:08 on December 4th.
The Mate 70 RS is available in three colors: Ruihong, Haobai, and Xuanhei, featuring a high-gloss titanium black structure, with a ceramic back cover. In terms of ID design, it is based on the legendary star diamond design, bringing the "star diamond octagonal" rear camera solution.
In terms of screen, camera, and speaker, the Mate 70 RS has achieved multiple innovative breakthroughs.
For the first time, the screen adopts a dual-layer OLED immersive display, equipped with an AI Pixel optical engine, achieving a combination of high brightness, high dynamics, long lifespan, and low power consumption, with a peak brightness of 3500 nits. Additionally, the screen surface is covered with a new Xuanwu tempered Kunlun glass, significantly enhancing drop resistance.
The launch event also mentioned the speaker configuration for the first time, which has not been common in the past. According to Richard Yu at the launch, the Mate 70 RS is the first to feature high and low frequency dual-diaphragm stereo units. The sound is bright and delicate, offering an "extraordinary sound."
According to media reports, this product may be the new "Ultimate Speaker" announced by AAC Technologies (02018) on the same day. This product is also the industry's first full-band mobile phone speaker, characterized by powerful bass and clear treble. The bass section uses a master-level magnetic circuit design bass unit, and notably, this speaker has an independent treble unit, extending high frequencies up to 20KHz, providing stronger sound penetration.
In terms of lenses, the Mate 70 RS and Mate 70 series debut the red maple lens in the industry. Both imaging effects and color accuracy bring an unprecedented sense of visual realism.
This technology, with over 1.5 million spectral channels, can accurately capture rich environmental spectral information and empower the main camera, ultra-wide-angle, and telephoto macro cameras, improving color reproduction accuracy by up to 120%.
