The second phase project of BYD ELECTRONIC in Changsha officially commenced production

Changsha BYD Electronic is a professional EMS supplier under BYD Company, established in Wangcheng in 2019. On September 9, 2019, the first phase of the Changsha BYD Electronic project officially commenced production in Wangcheng. Since its production start, it has achieved an annual output value of over 10 billion yuan for five consecutive years, with an annual production of 12 million mobile phones in 2023. On July 8, 2024, the second phase of the Changsha BYD Electronic project was signed at BYD's headquarters in Shenzhen. The total investment for the second phase project is 1 billion yuan, which involves leasing 88,000 square meters of high-standard factory space in the 5G smart terminal industrial park to build a production base for high-end smart phones and other terminal products. After full production, it will add an annual output of over 10 million smart terminals, with an annual output value exceeding 10 billion yuan
