INNOSCIENCE has priced its Hong Kong IPO shares at HKD 30.86, aiming to raise a net amount of HKD 1.3 billion

INNOSCIENCE (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the issue price for its Hong Kong IPO shares is set at HKD 30.86 per share, at the lower end of the guidance range. The retail portion received 2.87 times subscription. It will net HKD 1.3 billion from the Hong Kong IPO
