鴻海集團轉投資的日本夏普昨日宣佈，將相機模組事業公司股份轉讓給鴻海子公司 Fullertain。鴻海董事長劉揚偉表示，夏普的目標是轉型為輕資產公司，保留並強化品牌業務，淡出相機模組、面板、半導體等零部件業務，預計將在 2025 年 3 月底前完成處置。
