According to documents from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. will issue 33 million shares of stock, with a price range of HKD 12.0-18.0 per share. The company aims to raise up to HKD 600 million. Trading is expected to begin on January 15. Guangyin International is the sole sponsor
